The Whirl wheelchair demonstrates excellent value for money and offers many features which are often only found on more expensive models. With a choice of five-seat widths for your comfort, the Whirl Transit Wheelchair is designed to be a simple yet versatile wheelchair ideal for both part or full-time use both at home and outdoors.
The Whirl’s narrow, lightweight frame and compact dimensions provide great manoeuvrability for the user when indoors and dealing with confined spaces (such as doorways and bathrooms). The wheelchair weighs just 14.5kgs (2.28st) meaning it can be lifted with ease, whilst the folding back makes it simple to store in smaller spaces, including the car boot or a storage cupboard at home.
This wheelchair also has puncture-proof tyres which are ideal for battling in a variety of terrains inside and outdoors. There is little to no maintenance required, giving you full peace of mind when out and about. The Whirl is available as attendant-propelled or self-propelled.
