Like many people I didn't know where to purchase mobility equipment so I looked on the internet. I found the Mobility Aids Centre and having read some of the reviews I decided to buy from them. They exceeded my expectations. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable and the items I ordered arrived on time and were exactly as described. The woman could not be more helpful! She was honest and open about my mum’s need for a manual wheelchair and did not try to upsell anything. Told me about the vat free option of buying as mum has a long term disability, so she saved us about £50 in the end! Very pleased with the service.
