Maybe you want a better view of outside, after all, natural sunlight is the best source of vitamin D which is pivotal to your mental well being. If you have a window that overlooks a beautiful garden or a park, you could arrange your chair so that you can easily observe nature in all its glory. There’s no need to leave the house if that kind of task is too much for you – bring the outside in! From a zen perspective, nature creates an internal calmness that is unmatched.
